Challenge terms

These terms cover the dates, access and first-week refund offered for The Lock In.

1. The challenge

The Lock In is an eight-week group nutrition and exercise challenge. Hub access and onboarding are available after purchase. The kickoff is Sunday 27 September at 4 pm Sydney time. Remaining course content opens on 4 October.The challenge runs from 28 September to 22 November 2026.

The challenge includes the online course and resources, personalised calorie and protein targets, one food diary review from Kate, a private participant community, two recorded live group calls, four recorded coaching Q&As, a training guide, a recipe book and optional Healthly access.

2. Payment and first-week refund

The upfront price is A$599, including GST, paid once at checkout.

Optional fixed payment plans cost A$649 in total, including GST. Both options charge A$199 at checkout. The 8-payment option then charges six weekly payments of A$64.28 and a final weekly payment of A$64.32. The 12-payment option then charges ten weekly payments of A$40.90 and a final weekly payment of A$41.00. The first weekly payment is charged seven days after checkout and Stripe cancels the schedule after the final payment.

Eligible returning members receive 33% off the upfront price: A$401.33 including GST. The returning payment plan totals A$450 including GST: eight weekly payments of A$56.25, with nothing charged at reservation. Payments start on 28 September 2026, or one week after the final scheduled cohort 1 payment for members still paying that plan. Existing cohort 1 payments remain unchanged.

The payment term does not extend the challenge, course schedule or included Healthly Pro period. Participants cannot cancel or change a payment plan through the Stripe Customer Portal; contact Healthly if you need help with an exception.

If The Lock In is not the right fit, email hello@healthlyai.com by 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday 4 October 2026. If you paid upfront, we will refund the amount paid. If you chose a payment plan, we will refund every payment made by that date and cancel all remaining instalments.

3. What “lifetime access” means

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as CFK Nutrition continues to operate The Lock In and the course platform remains active and maintained. It does not mean that the course or platform is guaranteed to remain available permanently.

4. Health and coaching scope

The Lock In provides general nutrition and exercise education and group support. It is not individual medical, dietetic, psychological or eating-disorder care. If you are managing an eating disorder, are pregnant or postpartum, or have a condition affected by diet or exercise, ask your treating health professional whether the challenge is appropriate for you.
