Open your Lock In Hub and Healthly
Start with the Healthly email, then use one sign-in method across the Hub and app.
Open the Healthly email titled “Start here: Enter your Lock In Hub”.
Already use Healthly? Choose the same Apple, Google or email sign-in method you use in the app.
New to Healthly? Create your account with Apple or Google and keep using that method.
Enter the Hub, then choose Open or download Healthly.
Sign in to Healthly using the same method. Your included access appears automatically.
If you used the wrong account, do not purchase again. Sign out and try the correct method, or email Healthly so we can verify the purchase.
