How long is it?

BFB runs for eight weeks. Long enough to stop relying on the buzz of a fresh start and start doing the work in a normal week.

Is this another strict meal plan?

No. BFB gives you your numbers and the framework to make decisions around the food and life you already have. It is not a list of foods that turns a hard day into a failure.
